- All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes as specified.
- We accept cash, credit, and PayPal.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Returns and Exchanges
- Sales: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and in unused condition.
- Exclusions: No returns on reeds, mouthpieces, or custom-ordered items.
- Restocking Fee: 10% restocking fee may apply.
- Defective Items: Must be reported within seven (7) business days.

- Manufacturer warranties apply where provided

- Repair estimates will be provided before work begins.
- We are not responsible for delays due to parts availability or third-party shipping.
- Uncollected repairs left over 14 days after notification may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned
